Order by Telephone

Call us at 1-906-644-2598 [eastern time between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm] to place an order, to check availability of an item or for questions. Please consider that we are simply two people who work at home and are gone or outside a fair amount so we may not be available when you call. If you leave your phone number, name and when is the best time to get in touch with you we'll call back as soon as we can.

Ordering Online

You can order online using the easy and convenient PayPal Shopping Cart. You don't need to have a PayPal account to order using your Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express card. You can add books on the Books main page or on individual book pages.

Click on the buttons by the books that you wish to purchase. Click on the buttons to see or change your order and continue with checkout.

Books are shipped Media Mail or First Class for continental U.S. orders. For international orders or if you would like your book(s) shipped Priority Mail, add $6 to order by clicking on the Add to Cart button by that option.

Delivery Time: Orders are usually shipped via USPS Media Mail or First Class Mail. Delivery time varies depending on where you are located (we are in the Upper Midwest).

Shipping charges: FREE for orders within the continental United States. For deliveries to Canada add $5.00 (Global Priority Mail). Other locations, please inquire.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Custom, hand painted Gift Certificates are available for any amount and can be used for artwork or books. Gift Certificates are a great idea whether the recipient is a knowledgeable collector or a new appreciator of the arts. Click HERE to see samples of the certificates.

When you order a Gift Certificate, please include the name of the person(s) the Gift Certificate should be made out to, the amount, and where it is to be sent. If you would like us to send it directly to the recipient, please indicate who we should say it is from and any special message you would like included. You may choose from the hand painted designs pictured on the Gift Certificate page or we will pick one for you.

Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to include a PayPal Add-to-Cart button for Gift Certificates but I'm working on it. Meantime, please order by telephone or mail.

Who is ManyTracks Publishing? We (Steve Schmeck and Sue Robishaw) have been living the "green life"/"simple life" on our homestead in Michigan's Upper Peninsula for more than thirty years. When Sue wrote her first books she decided to go the self-publishing route instead of pursuing a commercial publisher, hence the emergence of ManyTracks Publishing. All of the books were written, designed, and laid-out in an alternative energy environment. Except for "Make Your Own Treadle Lathe", which is put together at home, the books were printed by an outside printer on 100% recycled paper.
